It's Monday! What are you reading? (Nov 9)

This is a weekly book meme hosted by J. Kaye over at J. Kaye's Book Blog.

Gah! Just two books this week. Work has slowly started to eat into my reading time as the holidays swiftly approach. Or I'm just really bad at managing my time, but I prefer to blame it on my job, haha.

Completed this past week:

- Fluke, or Why the Winged Whale Sing by Christopher Moore (review in process!)
- Fire by Kristin Cashore

Currently reading:

The Way of Shadows by Brent Weeks - (I'm really enjoying it so far!)

Up Next:

Shadows Edge (Night Angel #2) by Brent Weeks
Beyond the Shadows (Night Angel #3) by Brent Weeks

And then...I HAVE NO IDEA. I managed to make my way over to The Book Depository the other day and found my checking account to be 45 dollars lighter. How can one resist $8 hardback books?! Not to mention the fact that I have 2 ARCs making their way to my home along with 2 books I luckily managed to win in a contest (I never win anything so I was nicely surprised). I expect a few "In My Mailbox" posts will be up soon. :)

What are YOU reading? Link me!

Definitely blame lack of reading on the job ;)

My husband's friend was just telling us about the Night Angel series the other day and how great it is. Glad that you're enjoying it so far!

Here's my Monday Round Up.

The same thing always happens to me when I see cheap books! I've never heard of the Book Depository, I wish they had one in my area. Happy reading!
