Another one book week. :( I didn't get much reading done this weekend due to the hustle and bustle of the upcoming holidays but it looks like things are finally settling in and my schedule is showing more normalcy than it has been lately. Just a few weeks left in December and I'm going to push through the rest of 2009 and get in as many books as I can. In other news, less than 10 days left till I announce the winners to my first ever giveaway! Exciting!! :)

Ahh, Thanksgiving has come and gone and I must say that it was an excellent week. Even despite the fact that I didn't get as much reading in as I would have liked. But I did reach (and pass!) 100 followers which is quite exciting! I can't wait to get the ball rolling for my first ever giveaway. I'm hoping to make some lovely people happy. :)

And then...I HAVE NO IDEA. I managed to make my way over to The Book Depository the other day and found my checking account to be 45 dollars lighter. How can one resist $8 hardback books?! Not to mention the fact that I have 2 ARCs making their way to my home along with 2 books I luckily managed to win in a contest (I never win anything so I was nicely surprised). I expect a few "In My Mailbox" posts will be up soon. :)

Ahhh, work has been kicking my butt as of late. Work and more work is leaving me a lot less time for reading, and this saddens my heart. Hopefully, once the holiday hours kick in, things will start to settle down. I went the entire weekend without picking up a book (up until Sunday night) and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that won't happen very often.
